Closets are designed with ample storage and shelving space. They additionally feature nice hardware, upgraded doors and fixtures, window treatments, upgraded lighting and ceiling fans. Units are heated and cooled electric with electric range and water heater, so you only have one bill for electricity and one bill for water. South Slope provides quality direct internet services. These services are tenant paid. We provide trash and recycling. Finally, the proximity to local restaurants, beauty shops, and gym, as well as soon to come entertainment facilities, including Pinseekers Top Golf Opening Summer 2023, the area provides a great place to live with that small town, local feel.
