The property is kept very clean in regards to their capabilities to keep it so, but of course they do not have control of how other people treat the property. January 24, 2025love living at The Nines! The aesthetics are hotel-like and impressive. Cleaning and maintenance staff are prompt and efficient. The management team is 5-star, very responsive to issues. My only complaint is the shower pressure, which is only strong between 1-5 AM. January 14, 2025We just got an apartment in the nine. As a second home it is wonderful to be in such a beautiful property with nice people and great amenities. It allows us to experience the best of several important communities, Newton, Wellesley, Needham, and Morristown throw from downtown as well. January 12, 2025It’s been alright. My apartment has an issue with moisture. The first few months I had to store all my food in the fridge since it would collect mold by the next day. Other days my apartment would smell like sewage. My cabinets fell right out the brackets. There’s weird spacing between floor boards which I got my heel stuck in. My bathtub cracked my body wash fell. Everything just poorly constructed and not worth the rent. Trash rooms are a mess.Property Manager Responded
