There is a $30 application processing fee for each adult, which must be in cash or money order. Exact change only. Debit or credit cards are not accepted. 2.) Photo ID is required when submitting an application. 3.) Verification of income is required. 4.) Be prepared to provide residency history for the last 7 years including property address, property owner name and contact information, etc. 5.) A confirmation call is required the morning of the appointment by a specified time. 6.) We do not schedule appointments with third parties.

January 3, 2025Lived here for the past 2 years and have 0 complaints, the management team is so kind, never had any sound issues between apartments either I never hear my neighbors (on the third floor). AWFUL
January 31, 2020Lived here for a year there was awful management, never came and fixed anything. There was mold growing in the one bedroom all along the window and walls and would be freezing. These people just want their money. I’ve paid my rent on time every month and they couldn’t even come and fix anything or take care of the mold, so we couldn’t even use the one bedroom. Also, if the landlord did come they would just let themselves in and leave after 5 minutes. I could not wait to get out of thereReview from Apartments.com
Pretty horrible
May 15, 2018To sad tart, the hallways constantly reeked of either smoke or weed. Drug deals going on regularly. Our ceiling collapsed not once but twice and there was mold growing in the ceiling and all around the windows. Could not use one bedroom for countless months and continued to have to pay full rent. Parking lot is atrocious in the winter, sheet of ice! Not central air. Air conditioning only in living room. Noisy neighbors. Managment is horrible. Highly Recommend
September 24, 2016I don't usually review but after living here for 6 years and reading some of these reviews I can't help but put in my experience. First let me say I know the person that reviewed negatively 3 times. She is the type that is mad at the world and would not have been happy if management offered her free room service for three meals per day! Concerning the complex, the building maintenance is constantly updating and keeping the building and grounds current and looking good. When I have a maintenance ...need I have never experienced any problems of any kind in getting the issue fixed almost immediately! And further more in terms of noisiness, this is an apartment building where you will hear activity going on in the building, but it is very NOMINAL certainly nothing whatsoever that would disturb your ability to study, sleep, or disrupt comfort. So in short my experience is good and I'm sure will continue to be. Also my neighbors are and have become good friends as well.
