    So far things are great! We have been displaced from our home due to damage caused by a lightning storm and we’re staying in a one bedroom suite for three weeks. This two bedroom apartment is so nice!

    the older gentlemen that ride around on the cart. Hés always so pleasant. Also, the pest control guy was so nice and seemed to love his job. I absolutely love my neighbor Mr Rick who is so helpful. Please keep him in prayer as he is having surgery Thursday

    Everything and everyone has been a delight. I have never lived at an apartment that was so nice. The maintenance team responded immediately to an issue I had upon moving in and I couldn’t be more pleased.

    Only complaint I have is the trash valet service skips me a few times a week and the gate issues from time to time. Other than that, no complaints.

    Its a nice place to live but the rent is getting to be too much for my budget as the additional fees for parking, trash, and billing add up each month. For now its a quiet location and maintenance staff is the best. It has new gym equipment and a pool makeover.
