    We can renters trash the place and the last music every single Friday through Monday. Everyone in the neighborhood staggers in through the wide-open garage gate and uses the pool shower and sleeps in the lounge. Terribly unsafe and disgusting building.

  • Biggest mistake of my life!

    June 3, 2021
    I regret moving here. It's loud and there are weekend renters everywhere. Internet is slow and we are forced to buy it with our monthly rent. Management does NOTHING to fix any problems -- and there are a lot!! I feel like I live in circus circus. I can't wait until my lease is up.

  • Total nightmare

    May 14, 2021
    This place advertises itself as a residential building. The lease is read you are not allowed to rent as an Airbnb. However, more than 10 units every single weekend rent to strangers and they come and blast music, leave trash, and leave locked gates propped open with doors overnight. I’ve informed management and they don’t care to fix anything. It’s a total nightmare. Avoid living here at all cost. It’s a cheap hotel.

  • WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

    WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. The management is terrible. I called to ask for my security deposit back and they would constantly ignore my phone calls ,voice mails and emails. More than a month passed when I heard back from the manager Tami who was highly rude about the situation said I was not going to get it back because we didn't have a discussion about it. A couple days later I started getting calls from a collections agency about owing the apartment $2294 and if i didn't pay it would keep ...
    going up 6% everyday. I explained to them when I was moving out Tami gave me a call and needed a verbal okay to get someone else in the apartment and mentioned that I would not need to pay any fees or anything that the new person coming to take over the apartment would be in charge of that. So know I get several harassing calls a day from IQ data collections asking me to pay. I dont understand why when I asked for my security deposit back they sent a collections agency after me.I cleaned the apartment and everything didn't break anything.Know I have to deal with these awfully rude people who won't leave me alone and even had me make a go fund me page so they know that I am at least trying to pay them back these people are diving me crazy to the point of suicided. Tami knowing I was depressed about my personal life took advantage of that phone call to take the apartment and unfortunately I didn't get anything she promised in writing. When she did email me about this situation she mentioned I was responsible for this that she had trouble getting someone in the apartment and she had left a letter on the door letting me know that.Which i never got and I asked her when she left that at my door and she said it was after my phone call with her, she saw me multiple days after this and never once brought it up she even stated she had 3 people interested in the apartments ans as soon as i moved out they were going to move right in.I find it odd that when you want to rent she follows up with you rather quickly asking you to quickly sign the lease but can't call you back about security deposit. The apartment unit when I got it was not even in good shape the floor had holes and the carpet was stained. The bathroom tub had mold and took them about 4 days to come take a look at it. The door had cracks and was broken. I would look else where to live.
