January 25, 2025Love living here. Office staff and maintenance are always so helpful and friendly. My only complaint is still parking. It has gotten better since using on call parking, but I feel if I am paying for a service and someone is blocking my car in, stopping me from even getting out of my parking space, it should be towed. Other than that, living here has been good and improved over the 5 years I have been here.Property Manager Responded

January 3, 2025I enjoy my apartment very much. I’ve had no issues regarding living here :) I would say though, neighbors aren’t as neat with placing their trash in the dumpsters outside. However, the Osprey maintenance/landscapers do an excellent job with trying to keep the neighborhood clean. I just wish they didn’t have clean behind competent people.Property Manager Responded

November 4, 2024I love the look of my apartment but my first day here was a bit upsetting. While moving in my neighbors got into a dispute and during their argument my daughter almost got hit with a rock. After moving in I found that my ceiling is leaking water and the tile on the roof collapsed. At night I attempted to take a shower only to find that I have no hot water and finally someone attempted to break into my car in the middle of the night. During the tour it appeared to LOOk like a beautiful ...neighborhood but now I’m wondering what I might have gotten myself into.Property Manager Responded
