January 20, 2025Living here at The Overlook is a really good experience. Apartment has a luxurious feels, ameneties are amazing, maintainace is not bad at all. The only thing now is the rent price. December 20, 2024The Overlook apartments are well thought out have a great layout and are very well kept. Services included in the cost or sewer and water and valet trash. November 8, 2024My residents experience so far is great the nighbors are nice the people at the office is nice and have been helpful and I like that they have holiday events for the residents at the overlook. I enjoy taking my walks around the apartment complex with a few challenging hills.
