March 20, 2025I've only been here a few weeks, but I like the security of the Overlook. If you don't have a FOB to access the building, you cannot get in. I haven't met any of my neighbors yet.Review from Apartments.com

March 5, 2025The move in process was so easy and so far we are loving everything. The staff was so nice and answered any questions we had. The apartment was extremely clean when we moved in, and the size of the hallways and elevators made everything so simple to move in.Review from Apartments.com

November 8, 2024My residents experience so far is great the nighbors are nice the people at the office is nice and have been helpful and I like that they have holiday events for the residents at the overlook. I enjoy taking my walks around the apartment complex with a few challenging hills.
