November 29, 2024These apartments are not as luxurious as they were advertised online. They are extremely noisy, poorly constructed, and have inconsiderate neighbors. I've encountered over 30 maintenance issues. When I submitted complaints, the management often did not respond or simply ignored them. The only positive aspect is that the maintenance team is professional and polite. I recommend looking around first, as the noise level is excessive unless you’re on the third floor, which might be better, ...especially in the main building.
