  • Clean, Better Management

    The Palms have improved since the new owners took over. They are attentive to maintenance needs and the property overall looks well kept. Owner is really cool and fixed up the place from the previous management.

  • Just don't do it!!!

    If you have a choice don't rent here!!! It's a dump, run by incompetent management! Nothing ever gets fixed! There is hardly ever anyone in the office to help renters. Horrible place to live!!! Filthy at move in, was promised repair, When we asked after moving, in they informed us they wouldn't be fixing the issues!! Ripped up carpet, broken heater, leaky tub and toliet, broken heater, and so many other things we thought would be fixed.

  • Glad I left

    March 8, 2017
    I lived there for six months, in that time they went through multiple maintenance people because the owners won't pay. We had to spend two days before we moved in just cleaning up our apartment because the smell from the carpets was so bad. As soon as our lease was up we moved out and are glad we did. Even though I left the apartment in better shape than when we moved in, we still haven't gotten out security deposit back, despite the owner assuring us it would be "sent out next week."
