Not the best place to own a home.
July 19, 2017This community does not take good care of their home owners. Their lot rent is the cost of a loft apartment, almost $500 just for home owners, not if you are a renter. Issues take 5-8 months to get resolved, even when you contact everyone of their staff members, including management. The community has safety issues, with approximately 110 incidents reported, anywhere from theft to assault. There is little to no cooperation from the community staff, as well as the bank who owns the property ...and finances the majority of the purchased mobile homes in the park. I do not recommend to anyone to purchase a home here, they will not take good care of you.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
