DONT MOVE HERE!
June 23, 2024I strongly advise against moving into this apartment complex. The management team is unresponsive and unprofessional. The apartments themselves are subpar and poorly maintained. Im giving a 1 star rating because I can't give a 0 star rating! I was without air conditioning for six weeks during the hottest part of the summer, and management did nothing to address the issue in a timely manner. Now, my apartment has faulty electrical wiring due to an outdated breaker, and they still haven't taken ...any action to fix it. Living here has been a nightmare. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.Property Manager Responded

Most incompetent office staff I have ever dealt with!
December 9, 2023After I started the leasing process on 11/7 and paying money up front, I finally heard back from the leasing consultant that I was approved and would hear something back by 12/4, as of 12/7 nothing. No one will return calls or you’re put on hold for hours. I informed them a month earlier when I needed to have an apt and now I’m homeless!!!Property Manager Responded

Great Staff Wonderful Location
July 12, 2023The apartment complex is less than 10 minutes from Stone Mountain park, and with an annual pass I'm there 3-5 times a week with my dogs. The complex is in a beautiful wooded area with walkable sidewalks connecting to The Path. If you are into fitness and the outdoors this is a top location. The apartments are well sized and reasonably priced for the greater Atlanta area. My apartment has been clean and well maintained, and no issues with plumbing or pests. Staff are courteous and really easy ...to reach. Unlike some apartment complexes I've been to, the front office is well staffed so you can always reach somebody via phone or walk in. Apartment staff consistently throw events for the complex with food, music, and other outdoor activities. Whenever I've made requests or asked for help they have been prompt with responding. Jeremy has gone above and beyond and helped me numerous times when I've needed things for the pool/fitness center. The fitness center and pool are great amenities and well maintained. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who enjoys nature, fitness, and a little break from the hustle and bustle of downtown Atlanta.Property Manager Responded

Shady Place
May 8, 2023My apartment got shot up! So I moved out for the safety of my children! Not only is the apartment complex unsafe but now the leasing company is refusing to give me my deposit back. Flawless process
May 23, 2022I met with Charles on Friday, i moved in the next Friday. He was able to find me a unit that coincided with my move out date and made the process seem effortless. The unit was exactly what he told me it would be and there was no problems so far. He was very helpful and efficient. First impressions are great! The neighborhood is active but in a positive way. I wish I found them sooner!
May 9, 2022I can’t begin to say how thankful and grateful I am to have found Park at East Ponce and most specifically my leasing consultant, Arlisha. To be fair, everyone I have dealt with at Park at East Ponce and Ventron Management in general has not only been professional but truly pleasant to work with. But I have to stress that Arlisha is the definition of going above and beyond. From our first conversation to now she was upfront, transparent, but most overall HELPFUL. I never felt as if I was a ...burden or asking too many questions (and there were many). Even when I had begun to feel as though things would not work out, she still kept in touch and encouraged me along the way that whether it was with Park at East Ponce, or one of their sister properties, she would find a home for my family and that she did in spades. Terrible
November 4, 2021Constant leaks in my unit I have made several service requests to the leasing office. They have promised to fix the issues and never do. I have followed proper procedures and still no help. I have asked for some compensation either with a different unit or money off rent due to things I had to replace or be away from home because of the leaks. Maintenance will come and do nothing and mark the order as complete. I have 3 kids 1 with asthma and told them my child has been coughing and complaining ...still no help. terrible run away
April 29, 2021I lived here for about a year, because I didn’t want to break my lease, I end up moving sooner than that. The apartment is old and outdated. The trash pile up is unbearable! The walls are paper thin, hearing you’re neighbors blare musics all night! I had a bad ant infestation problem. Please do not rent the conditions are terrible!Property Manager Responded
