October 8, 2024The staff is pleasant, responsive, helpful:excellent in general. Maintenance is prompt and efficient. Location outstanding . Amenities are excellent as are views from rooftop lounge, pool and grill. Indoor onsite parking areal plus. We are very happy living here. September 11, 2024My biggest takeaway is that the amenities here are breathtaking. The rooftop pool is stunning. However, there is an inordinant amount of small fees that add up like a monthly charge for using their portal which is where u pay rent. Because of these charges I give a 4 star.
