    There are shootings here all the time. I have lived here for 8 months. there was a shoot out outside my apartment. Bullet came through my bedroom wall, shattered my TV. Now they want me to pay rent, give a 30 day notice to move, not refund my security deposit. And go through my renters insurance to get a new TV.     Absolutely unprofessional staff. Pool and gym NEVER open. Furniture is always all over the streets and trash ridiculously overfull; just absolutely disgusting.
