    Do not waste your time or money! I have been here 3 years and things were ok before the apartments went under new management! My apartment has mold and mildew in the walls and carpet of my toddler’s room. I have submitted 3 work orders and each one is closed without a resolution. Yet management is painting buildings and trying to beautify the outside of the complex while the inside of the units are a complete dump. I have sent emails and made phone calls and they’ve all gone unanswered! My next ...

    Trash everywhere, they only maintain the front of the complex, they never pick up the trash and yet you pay for it monthly to be picked up. Moldy, and filled with spiders. No security.the gate is always broken. Only one entrance. They never answer the phone. The management is unresponsive and very unprofessional

    I’ve called the leasing office countless times. Even stood in the building and watched the phone ring as staff sat at their desks. This complex is a joke. How are residents expected to get anything fixed if we can’t even get in contact with management? They will ignore your phone calls until you personally go up there. Waste of time.

    We put down money and everything, now they telling is we can’t move because the person before us doesn’t want to move out... 19 days before we were scheduled to move in. Unprofessional. I’m very disappointed

    My apartment wont be ready until May 1st & i am so excited to move in. The leasing agent was so patient with being this is my first time moving alone. She was very knowlegeable & had a great attitude the entire time. I was so totally lost about the process, but when i left I had everything I needed to get moved in. She was great! Everyone in the office wore smiles. Im so grateful, thank you guys so much!
