November 22, 2024New ownership seems 100X more dialed in and human than previous owners. Staff is KIND. Building is CLEAN. The amenities could be better; I miss having a vending machine on site and if you aren’t an animal lover it’s tough to avoid the plethora of dogs in the building but the walls are insulated well so it’s very quiet.Property Manager Responded

November 2, 2024This is a great building - it’s a good community, especially for dog owners! The apartments are clean and the amenities are great. I’d only dock a star as sometimes there are issues with getting packages delivered, dog run cleanliness, and broken machines in the gym.Property Manager Responded
