dont bother applying
January 2, 2025My wife had begun the application process for a specific apartment this morning. After I filled out my portion of the (very intrusive) application before noon they claimed they had leased the apartment in question to somebody else in the interim, but offered other, more expensive options. November 19, 2024Walking up, the complex is seemingly beautiful, however there is still tons that needs to be evaluated.The game room’s foosball table has been broken since I moved in as well as the Pac-Man machine. So the game room isn’t used or utilized because the games just don’t work. They will charge you for events in the game room and for what!? You have to pay for trash service and I never use them because they come at random hours at night; I feel like we should be able to opt out of that service. The ...dog park’s extremely stinky.The fake grass needs to be replaced or they need to hire a cleaning crew to sanitize it. The gas grills are both broken and won’t ignite so make sure u bring matches.The pool once was heated but now is extremely cold.Most of the furniture needs to be replaced. The gyms are a nice touch but it’s hard to get access to turn them on. The code box near the dog park doesn’t work It’s extremely hard to get uber eats because of the issues of not being able to buzz them in.Property Manager Responded
