December 24, 2024I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex! The management team is responsive and helpful, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The property is well-maintained, with clean common areas and nice amenities like a gym and pool. The apartments themselves are spacious, with modern appliances and plenty of natural light. Parking is convenient, and the location is ideal, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. LOVE LIVING AT THE PARLOR
December 7, 2024I absolutely love living here! The penthouse apartment views are incredible, and this is my second year without any major issues. The Customer Service is fantastic—maintenance is always prompt and efficient when handling requests. The Unit Amenities are top-notch, and the Location couldn’t be better—walking distance to all the great stores on the square and just a 10-minute walk to campus. November 5, 2024It’s alright here. My actual apartment is really nice and I love it, but I feel like it’s mostly because I made it homey. I am in the second building across the street (not the main one) and it’s defintiely much dirtier and less well kept. The hallways and elevators have all kinds of dirt and tracks in them and the staircase has stains of what look like dog poop all over. Also, garage parking (which is pretty much a requirement if you have you car with you) is an extra $110 PER MONTH which is ...absolutely crazy, so definitely keep that in mind to add to rent. Overall, it’s alright, but there are definitely some flaws.Property Manager Responded
