December 21, 2023This community is truly perfect for anyone looking for a very nice place in a convenient location. There is food and shopping within walking distance. Amazing bike trails, excellent schools, easy access to freeway and plenty of entertainment near by. Not to mention excellent staff and maintenance crew. They always fix things quickly if needed. The pool and gym are awesome. If you don’t wanna worry about fixing stuff at a rental, don’t hesitate to rent here. The garages are awesome, especially if ...you have a unit on the first floor with attached garage. Updated units. Only thing I would recommend is easing back on pricing and rent increases for existing tenants. I believe the pricing is at the very max of what they should be already. Other than that, 5 ??!
