    Tara i never bothered to figure out if she was the manager or the a person whom helps the property manager. Horrible very unprofessional. Doesn't bother respond to my requests. She is rude, for a person in her position you would assume she would be your main source of contact, nope i just avoid everyone in the admin office. She is never friendly, very arrogant she's always out smoking and puffing her cigarettes. You do not want that where you live.

    poor maintenance and unless you like being watched and told everything you are doing is wrong it's not worth it. sleeping in your car would be a better choice. I lived there for 2 years and it was horrible. when I had decorations up for holidays I got notices mine needed to come down before everyone else's and they weren't inappropriate the office just has it's favorites. my water heater broke twice. furnace and ac fixed with bandaids and told it should be ok but it really isn't fixed I had no ac ...
    on the hottest days of the year with a kid who has autoimmune disease and can't be In heat like that heat didn't keep up in winter and I was in a second floor. you could hear your neighbors but if your kid wanted to be a kid you got in trouble.i will never rent anything from cunat because of my time here

  • Not worth the price for living conditions

    Cost was too high for conditions which included structural issues in the building that led to falls. Icy parking lots and sidewalks which led to falls. For the most part, inadequate maintenance staff. Gnats in the fall. Improperly functioning dishwasher, A'C units, and washer. Trash compacter did not work properly and garbage was usually in the parking lot. Property manager was abrasive and insulting .

Not really happy with the way new management doing things but I did just recently move from a one bedroom to a two. What I was u happy about was they didn't let me view the place u till the day they gave me keys to move in.
