Horrible Management
August 18, 2020Avoid this property management company NO MATTER WHAT. It is by far the worst experience I have had in 50 years of being a tenant. E 13th Street in Loveland is an old property that is in horrible shape, due to years of neglect. Maintenance people are a joke, and mostly relatives of the people working at the management company. We are billed monthly for water, gas, trash and lawn care for the grounds and the laundry room, which rarely has hot water and is always trashed. I'm forced to go online to ...check the amount due by the 1st for this 'utility' bill, even though I have issues with my sight. $10 PER DAY is charged if this bill goes past due. Turn-over is huge, maintenance leaves the doors open on empty units and trash all around. They fill the dumpsters with furniture and trash people have left behind, leaving no room for tenants. My apartment has mold inside two walls, due to a leaky AC unit in the window, and old plumbing issues and leaks in the kitchen. I'm doing my best to get out, but they want $3K if I 'break' the lease. It is a nightmare. I am sick from the mold - sicker every day - and can no longer sleep. It is a nightmare. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
