Ok area
November 1, 2021These are condos so they come with HOAs. I rented from an owner and I would not recommend it at all. The pool is not the best in the area and I was coming from college housing. Kids are running in the streets all the time and kicking balls which hit cars since there is no play area for them. Residents don't pick up after their pets. Some buildings have limited parking and visitor parking is almost non existent. My specific unit was completely outdated and the owner just didn't see to care, but I ...can't speak for all units. The front gate was mostly broken. It got to the point where there were times I had to enter through the exit. No one is ever on site in the front office, the doors remain locked, and even when you call, no one answers. I was happy when my lease ended so I could finally move out. There were no elevators and I lived on the third floor; I do not recommend that. Like any apartment/condo style living-you can hear your neighbors. I don't know if you can hear the people above since I was on the top floor.
