February 3, 2025Going on 9 months here at Stone Creek Apts ,and it is MORE than I expected the staff is WONDERFUL anything that needs attention WILL get resolved in a timely matter canyon view properties REALLY did go ABOVE and BEYOND and very generous on building these apartments they spared no expense just the details the little things they have added to these apartments shows how this company cares about their properties shows that they take PRIDE in their workmanship NO regrets , I'am VERY happy and ...PLEASED that I have chosen to reside at Stone Creek ApartmentsProperty Manager Responded

January 22, 2025The pond is amazing and my neighbors have offered a helping hand numerous times! Every night when the waters not frozen we get a big flock of geese that come in and make quite a ruckus! The walking trail is great!Property Manager Responded

Pricing is okay, it’s more so manageable for those who have a permanent job or those who have retired and just want to live care free. January 3, 2025Great place to live. Have had some issues with humidity and also I feel they could have possibly tried to insulate the building a bit better or something. Downstairs neighbors complain they “hear every move we make”, even when we are just sitting on the couch. But the office staff has been as helpful as possible when dealing with any concerns we may have!Property Manager Responded
