December 4, 2024Overall the price isn’t worth it. Amenities aren’t unkept and there really isn’t any “fair housing coat” it changes all the time and someone in the same unit as you could be paying $500 more or less.Property Manager Responded

September 9, 2024I love this building. The staff is incredible. Very thoughtful and friendly. The one issue I have is on the 4th of July there is a lack of security or rules in the building and residents do not get to enjoy the fireworks from their own community balconies or the pool during the day. It would make my experience at this building as good as the staff can make it. Highly recommend living in this building.Property Manager Responded

July 12, 2024Faucets in bathroom to small water goes everywhere. Hair in floor outlets, water stains in the bathroom behind toilets and baseboards dirty along with toilet paper dispenser. Items left in hall closet. Bushes trimmed by pool and have not been cleaned up in tow day. Latch never seems to work right. Others I’ve talked to agree. Love the view and the space once cleaned up. Does the manager make daily rounds of the grounds? Just curious. Everyone is very nice.Property Manager Responded
