May 5, 2025The Plaza has great staff and even better amenities! The gym is probably the best apartment gym I’ve seen, and it’s always clean and never too crowded. The apartments are nice and spacious, and the common spaces offer great places to work or study.Property Manager Responded

April 24, 2025I first came in for a tour not 100% knowing if I would be moving in. Before I know it I invited my husband to take a tour as well and we were sold. Signed the lease as soon as possible and we’re extremely happyProperty Manager Responded

April 19, 2025This place isn’t an apartment complex, it’s a community! The people who live here are so friendly and nice! The staff has been super helpful and understanding! Frozen pipes, loud neighbors, unwanted public traffic… With The Plaza, I don’t have to worry about those things for more than a second, because the knowledgeable and competent staff always has a resolution ready. March 2, 2025It’s been over a year now since we moved into The Plaza at Pikes Peak and we love it just as much as the day we moved in. Seriously, the management staff is all so friendly, Jenn, Keith, Achilles, all top notch people and super friendly. The maintenance staff is always helpful and kind. And we have looked at other apartments in the area (3 to be exact) to see if there is anything better than what we have currently, and we have decided to stay here and renew our lease because….nope there isn’t! ...Highly recommend moving here. The activities, the community, the “walking trail adjacent” property the amenities. Still takes the cake!Property Manager Responded
