Frozen pipes, loud neighbors, unwanted public traffic… With The Plaza, I don’t have to worry about those things for more than a second, because the knowledgeable and competent staff always has a resolution ready. March 2, 2025It’s been over a year now since we moved into The Plaza at Pikes Peak and we love it just as much as the day we moved in. Seriously, the management staff is all so friendly, Jenn, Keith, Achilles, all top notch people and super friendly. The maintenance staff is always helpful and kind. And we have looked at other apartments in the area (3 to be exact) to see if there is anything better than what we have currently, and we have decided to stay here and renew our lease because….nope there isn’t! ...Highly recommend moving here. The activities, the community, the “walking trail adjacent” property the amenities. Still takes the cake!Property Manager Responded

December 24, 2024A very welcoming environment I’ve only met two of my neighbors, and they are very polite-The staff here is amazing very able and willing to help me get my dog acclimated to our apartment-Only issue I’m currently facing is my parking space is between two larger vehicles and As someone with a large vehicle, I find it impossible to park/Utilize my spot-But hopefully, I can get that resolved soon!Property Manager Responded
