October 21, 2024I’ve been living here for 4 months, and overall, my experience has been quite positive. The location is fantastic—close to the New Town area, which makes commuting and running errands very convenient. For example, the apartment offers gym and pool, which I’ve found very useful. The gym is well-maintained, and the pool area is a great spot to relax. Additionally, the maintenance requests I’ve had were addressed quickly and efficiently. The staff is friendly and always willing to help with any ...questions or concerns. October 10, 2024I do love living here. The location is the best feature. There are some things that I wish I had and that is a coat closet and it would be nice if there was a 3rd bedroom option. My dogs would love a yard but that’s another location but as far as what The Pointe at Newtown offers I don’t have many complaints and have great neighbors.Property Manager Responded

September 29, 2024I love living here for many reasons. The staff are so professional, prompt and helpful. They always respond to telephone calls. The community is so clean and the maintenance is top. The management organize events to meet and greet neighbors. I love the closeness to everything, including Gyms, restaurants and cinema, grocery shopping, pharmacies, and many more.
