    Maintenance used to be good at answering requests quickly and promptly, however that stopped being the case a year ago. Neighbors can be loud, especially at night, and the AC unit does not have a vent that takes the cold air through all the bedrooms. Still, it's still livable if you're looking for a relatively cheap place to stay. Laundry machines don't work.

    Not the safest or nicest place to live electricity & heat is outrageous and rent goes up yearly. Rethink your choices. Better places out there.

    It is a nice, quiet apartment complex to live at&the staff is very friendly also. Whenever I had a maintenance issue,it was taken care of rather quickly.

    I moved out of my family home in 2020 and my apartment here was the first time I had ever lived on my own. It has been a great stay and I’ve renewed my lease every year and will be here through 2025 as well. As a woman, I feel safe in here and around town as I enjoy my 3-4 mile walks during the week. Any maintenance issue I’ve had has been fixed in a timely manner, if you consider how many residents they have on the property. Jessica and Blaine the Property Manager have always been pleasant, ...
    knowledgeable; I feel as though they genuinely care and take pride in their jobs and I hope they know they’re appreciated, as well as maintenance. I always recommend this complex whenever someone is looking to relocate.

    Management will accuse you of lease violations that you haven't actually committed while your neighbors commit actual and obvious lease violations and they ignore them. They also accused me of missing a full rent payment when this new management took over. Luckily we had receipts.

    I've lived here 7 years and the new management is the worst. When they first took over, they accused ne of being behind on rent for 1 month. I had to bring a year worth of receipts to prove I pay my rent. Now today I get a letter in the mail stating I have committed a lease violation. They claim I changed the lock on my door. First of all, I have been here 7 years and have NEVER changed the lock. Second of all, it looks the same as the other locks. Why was someone trying to enter my residence ...
    without a 24 hour notice or permission? Third of all, the lock is messed up and have been told about it. You have to pull the key out slightly and work the lock back and forth a few times. But it works. So now they are saying I have committed a lease violation because they can't operate a lock that they didn't fix and have no reason, written notice or permission to enter. But yet, many other people actually commit lease violations. Cars in the parking lot for months with flat tires, motorcycles are banned but 2 are in the parking lot, people have dogs on the aggressive breed list, people run generators with the exhaust pointed at my door during a power outage and the office did nothing about that lease violation. The list goes on. Prepare to be accused of things you haven't done while tenants around you get away with bloody murder.

    Very nice place to live, I have lived here for almost 10 years now. Extremely convenient to shopping centers , stores on Ford Road in Canton, Emagine and MJR movie theaters, gyms, banking and post office. Also very conveniently located about 8 miles from the airport and I 94.
