February 17, 2025In general it is a good place to live. The apartments are sorely in need of some outside space like a balcony. So that's a big letdown. The air filters are not changed automatically, you have to call for them to do it. The water never gets hot enough for a bath so the bigger tub is pretty useless. I've come around on the Luxer system, I know it is not easy to have something relatively secure that works. Not being able to have a central place to bring my larger trash is not ideal. Sometimes I have ...things to get rid of that are big or I have a lot more trash than a bag or two. Overall it is just ok.Property Manager Responded

February 1, 2025When we first moved in, we experienced a few maintenance issues. The complex was great dealing with our frustrations and understanding the inconvenience. Since then, we’ve had no issues and enjoyed our time. The amenities are great and we have enjoyed the pool and grill areas.Property Manager Responded

January 30, 2025I love living at the Pointe at Concord , The staff is professional and courteous, the maintenance staff is prompt and the neighbors all are nice. The only thing that needs improvement is pet owners should pick up after their dogs [waste] so that everyone can enjoy the entire property, including the grassy areas.Property Manager Responded
