April 2, 2025Overall it’s pretty good. However, 4 times since I’ve been here in 6 months the alarms have gone off and it’s taken days to get them turned off. I had constant communication with their email service and maintenance took way too long to resolve each time. Working from home was nearly impossible since the system is right outside my door. I asked for a credit and they wouldn’t honor it even when I informed them it was a contributing factor for when my lease renewal will come up. December 22, 2024Really quite complex in a great location for the RDU area. The gym is nice and has plenty of equipment where I am cancelling my gym membership. The pool looks nice but I’ll experience that when it warms up. They have a great package receiving area so you don’t have to worry about lost packages.Property Manager Responded
