Deceiving.
April 6, 2016Don't let the looks fool you. The whole building is furnished by ikea. It's cheap and falls apart under normal usage. You can hear everything that goes on on your level. By that I mean u can stand in the hallway and hear washer and dryers running, running water, tvs at average could me, radios, and conversations. Inside your unit you can hear just bout everything mention expected running water and washer and dryers. The walls a very thin and scuffs/marks easily. If your looking for a one bedroom ...make sure the unit doesn't end in with "08" that includes units 508-1208. These units are very small and there is a huge support column in the bedroom that limits your space and configuration and the bedroom window doesn't open at all. So on those cool nights you can't enjoy sleeping with the bedroom window open. The best value is the 2 bedroom, It's the most spacious of all the unites. The parking situation is horrible. If u have more than one car in your household only one car can have a decal and no you can't share it. So yes towing is a huge money maker there and the complex won't help you. The power usually cuts in and out during the summer and early winter. And if a heavy thunder storm comes they chances are it'll go out again. The main entrance door is always broke. Meaning the remote key reader won't unlock, you have to call your phone to let yourself in thru that door. Or walk into the parking garage door and let yourself in. But if you are lucky enough to always enter from the parking garage your fine. The halls and lobby area and electors smell and littered with filth on the regular. Along with lots of little kids living here it's very noisy on some levels. So if you have lots of furniture, electronics, like to have company on the rugular, or plan to be making over $32k year. Move in at your own risk and don't at I didn't warn you. Current tenant of 3yrs.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
