About The Preserve
The Preserve is a new affordable family property with income restrictions. We offer 1, 2 & 3 bedroom units. All units include basic internet at no charge, and high speed internet available at a small additional charge. Underground parking is available at $50 per month, and surface parking is free. Storage is available at no charge. Common area laundry is available or choose in unit washer and dryer for $35 per month. Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Location is just beatiful
December 10, 2024These units are brand new and still sparkling. They are right outside of Elkhart Lake in a quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend and they allow pets.Review from Apartments.com
