December 23, 2024Very spacious and quiet place to live with nice amenities. It is a bit noisy when it snows but you will appreciate it if you need to go. Most are kind but some don’t clean up behind their dogs.Property Manager Responded

September 4, 2024Well run, clean and conveniently located. Only comment would be that In order to charge premium rents, renovations/materials should be premium too. Instead, there is a lot of corner cutting. Can’t blame them though, the government keeps printing money, so their margins must be getting squeezed.Property Manager Responded

August 28, 2024Property is pretty and it’s nice to see the ocean. The units are spacious and private entrances are a plus. Pulling out onto 3A when it’s busy can be a bit nerve wracking so that is a downside to morning commutesProperty Manager Responded
