November 15, 2024Beautiful and safe community, lots of nature around, even private hiking trails! Love the amenities, the EV charging stations, Zen Garden with compost station, relaxing hammock area! The maintenance team is very prompt and professional. The unit itself was in an excellent condition, loving the corner balcony facing the trees! October 30, 2024Community is top notch. Responsiveness to concerns is near immediate. I did have an issue with pests upon moving in, but once I spoke with leasing team and attention was brought to issue, it has been resolved quickly. I also had an issue with the third party pet screening company they use, but again, once speaking with leasing team, issue was resolved within a weekend. Events are fun, amenities are definitely enjoyed and grounds are well kept. I look forward to a long living experience here.Property Manager Responded

September 10, 2024The residents are friendly. I love the dog park. Especially how it's lit up at night. Jessica and the rest of the office staff have been friendly and a good resource. Maintenance team is awesome. One man even helped me carry several rounds of boxes up to my 3rd floor unit. I didn't catch his name, but I appreciate him and he deserves recognition.
