    the apartment has decent amenities and good service overall, but the experience was ruined by random and frustrating towing incidents during road work and charged a hefty $250 and threatened to send eviction notices if not paid

    A nice and clean environment with plenty of amenities to enjoy the community. We moved efficiently and the personnel was very attentive and communicative when we had problems with our keys and with the internet.

    I really like it here. I might try to move to a different unit with better natural light the next lease though. My window is west facing so I only get good light in the later evening.

    Nice complex but the accounting for rent, fees and utilities is a mess each month. Fees are often duplicated. Utilities are posted late every month but they don’t allow extra time to pay. Need a reasonable few days to pay once posted. The maintenance guy is very nice but completely overwhelmed so maintenance requests usually take 5-6 weeks. It is a nice property.

    My husband and I both love The Preserve at Travis Creek Apartments. The area is our favorite part of Austin with it being right on the edge of the hill county while still being close to the city limits. We love the trails and ability to walk safely inside and outside the premises. We appreciate the attentiveness of the maintenance staff and the leasing team that answers our questions when they come up. Do yourself a favor and lease here, you'll be happy you did!

    I've been living at Preserve at Travis Creek for a year now and absolutely love it! The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and responsive to any concerns. A nice community, met a few good friends here. I haven't had any problems.

    Had my truck stolen within the first month. Start is nice though and apartment is nice. The gym and facilities are also very nice. Sad there is a lot of crime in our development unfortunately.
