February 23, 2025Nice complex but the accounting for rent, fees and utilities is a mess each month. Fees are often duplicated. Utilities are posted late every month but they don’t allow extra time to pay. Need a reasonable few days to pay once posted. The maintenance guy is very nice but completely overwhelmed so maintenance requests usually take 5-6 weeks. It is a nice property.Property Manager Responded

To clarify, utilities are posted on the 27th of each month, and rent is posted on the 1st with a grace period until the 4th to pay. February 12, 2025My husband and I both love The Preserve at Travis Creek Apartments. The area is our favorite part of Austin with it being right on the edge of the hill county while still being close to the city limits. We love the trails and ability to walk safely inside and outside the premises. We appreciate the attentiveness of the maintenance staff and the leasing team that answers our questions when they come up. The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and responsive to any concerns. A nice community, met a few good friends here. February 1, 2025Had my truck stolen within the first month. Start is nice though and apartment is nice. The gym and facilities are also very nice. Sad there is a lot of crime in our development unfortunately.Property Manager Responded

The management team is incredibly responsive and always goes above and beyond to address any concerns promptly. The amenities are a huge plus—especially the gym and pool, which are always spotless and well-equipped. Overall, it’s a comfortable, safe, and welcoming place to call home. January 4, 2025It's been mostly good. Maintenance can take a while for situations that aren't deemed urgent to the property management company's bottom line, but they get handled eventually.
