    Love the events that the management hosts. Almost every month there is a unique event that gathers the community together. From Sunday brunch to Comedy nights, movie screenings, culinary classes.. everything is just amazing. It's not just about free food and alcohol and more about the unique experiences that this management is trying to create for the residents.

    Overall my experience here at the Q Playa has been great! The amenities are amazing. There are more amenities here than most other buildings for the price. The location is ideal, only 10 minutes from the airport, and 10-15 minutes to the beach. It's also only a 5-minute drive to my office which is an added perk! One of my favorite amenities is the coffee machine, it makes great coffee and saves me from having to make my own all the time. The gym is also a better than average gym. It's 2 floors ...
    with all the equipment you could need and then some! They have a peloton bike, a fit mirror, and Pilates reformer machines! They also have fitness classes throughout the week! If you are looking for a place that has everything you need and then some, this is it!

    We're seniors and we enjoy the diversity of tenants. Our home is intimate, but it still feels like a community. Living on the 405 turned out to be a positive. Underground parking means fewer car washes. First rate gym Impeccable grounds

    Over priced for what is offered. You can find the same luxury units in other locations for $1000 less and they keep raising the rates when your lease expires instead of incentivizing you to stay. Not worth it.

    I'm still moving in, but I have already had prompt, professional and friendly maintenance service (loose closet shelf). The residents seem great. We got to meet some while enjoying complimentary beer, pretzels and snacks by the pool. So far, so good!

    Q Playa has everything I need - gym, pool, house car. It's a great location, clean and management has been great at getting back to me quickly if there are any concerns (which there rarely are).

  • Swing and a miss

    This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had applying. The apartments are ok. Really not up to par for the area and the guest parking is a major let down. I've lived all over from NY, to Miami, to Beverly Hills and management is just disgraceful and incompetent - unresponsive, discriminatory, disrespectful. Doesn't matter how nice a property is if the people at the front of it are inadequate. Thankfully, I won't be moving here!
