THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN
August 1, 2023It looks nothing like the pictures, the office women are rude. They never fix anything, there are roaches, bed bugs, and mice. They charged me extra fees AFTER my lease was up in February. The apartment had issues before I moved in and when I left they tried to pin that on me. It was a complete nightmare dealing with that place. Go far away from hereReview from Apartments.com
Do Not Move Here!
August 1, 2023The apartments are nothing like the pictures! The pools are filthy and never cleaned, they have mold, roaches, and bed bugs. A lot of drug activity goes on here and the office does nothing about it! They overcharge for a runned down place with very old appliances and filthy restrooms. They did not do a walk through with me before I signed a lease. The extra charges they give for nonsensical reasons are ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and look else where.Review from Apartments.com

January 19, 2022Maintenance is not helpful, water is shutting off atleast every other day due to “emergencies “. Junkies basically live behind our trash cans and in laundry rooms. Office ladies get mad when you try to get something fixed of apartment and try to give late fees even when rent paid on time. If you like that then the Quails is for you!Property Manager Responded
