November 30, 2024My overall experience here has been great. My only complaint is resident parking. The amount of rent I pay for comfort, I should be able to park in front of my building. There are nights when I have to park 4 buildings down due to my neighbors guest taking all the parking spaces.Property Manager Responded

November 26, 2024Good apartment - some exterior updates completed over the last year by new owners/leasing company. Needs interior updates considering the cost of rent. Expect rent to be increased at least $50-$100 year, my experience over the past 4 years. Access to amenities and the clubhouse have decreased over the same amount of time.Property Manager Responded

November 25, 2024Great community to live in although there’s always room for improvement I love living here I just wish they would remove some restrictions the main one I don’t like is their outdoor decoration policy even though it’s on my patio I think it’s ridiculous that if you decorate wrong you can eventually get evictedProperty Manager Responded

November 21, 2024Just wish the hot tub could work out. Either too hot or too cold, haven't been in the hot tub in a year due to some reason with it. Everything else has been wonderful the last 6 years.Property Manager Responded
