November 16, 2024I wouldn’t say my experience has been bad or good. My apartment is spacious And soundproofing is great. Management has changed twice since I’ve been here. The new management team is OK no issues. I think my only complaint would be the water bill. The apartment units are not individually billed you were sent a monthly guesstimation on how much water you’ve used. One month I received a water bill for $88. I’m a single person that works 50 hours a week please make that make sense.Property Manager Responded

October 22, 2024I moved in about a month ago, and so far it's been really nice. The community is so quiet, it's almost unbelievable and it was one of the 1st things I noticed. I haven't been able to use the amenities yet, since the clubhouse was closed by the time I got home from work, but I'm so excited that it's now open 24/7. I do wish there was a mail center and a dumpster closer to my apartment, but ya know... it is what it is. But it's been really nice so far.Property Manager Responded
