March 5, 2025I spent about five months apartment searching before I moved into the Regal Apartments. I toured quite a few properties and this building provided by far the best value in terms of square footage and appearance in this very conveniently located neighborhood. The building has a great deal of vintage charm with the high timbered ceilings with the modern amenities you could want, but not all the unnecessary frills no one really uses in some of these overpriced buildings nearby. February 27, 2025The Regal “CAN” be a nice place to live, but unfortunately bad tenants puts a damper on community living. The good tenants like myself pay too much rent to be dealing with bad tenants. It’s exhausting.
