Mice EVERYWHERE
October 23, 2016I actually like the feel and look of my apartment. Hard wood flooring, a huge kitchen and a good size bathroom which is updated. The inside of the building is cleaned regularly but the outside is badly kept, the garbage should be taken out more often. Parking is $50 per car which we I was not told about when signing my lease. When the weather is cold they fail to turn the heating up, I find it unbearable when I have to get out of bed in the mornings for work. Maintenance has improved since we ...moved here, Louis responds in a timely manner and most of the time comes out the same day even late at night. However, his English isn't all that great and the language barrier is sometimes a problem. He does what he can according to the budget which is not his fault, management are greedy and do not invest. I've only been living here for a year and so far have seen four mice in our apartment even though we have pest control monthly, I have even seen some outside the entrance before dead and alive. If it wasn't for the mice infestation and the poor heating conditions, I would consider staying longer. I can't wait to move outRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
