Charming, well-maintained, quiet neighborhood
July 22, 2015I couldn't be happier with this apartment. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, yet still close to the shops and restaurants of uptown. It's also very close to Lake Harriet and Lake Calhoun which is great if you love going to the beach as much as I do. The building has a lot of charm and history; I love showing my friends that come to visit the old cabinet doors for ice boxes that used to be in the units when it was first built in 1929, and the ironing board that folds down out of a closet door ...in my unit. The property is well-maintained and the common areas are professionally cleaned regularly. I would definitely recommend this apartment!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
