October 15, 2024So far I have loved how the apartments look, all the events they post, and the rent rates. My only negative viewpoint is how long maintenance took at the beginning of the semester. I couldn’t wash my clothes for an entire month. I know they were short staffed it was just disappointing they couldn’t hire more people sooner.Property Manager Responded

Right now when you fill your unit for next year you will get an upgraded furniture package for the common area. We are also working to slowly repaint all of the apartment interiors currently as well! September 15, 2024moving in was really easy. the rooms are a nice size and i like the privacy and connected bathrooms. maintenance is kind of slow. elevators are dirty, but overall i really like it.Property Manager Responded
