August 16, 2024I lived in The Reserve from 2016 to 2024. There was a lot of changing of management in the eight years that I was there, but all in all it was great. The last set of leasing agents when I left in 2024 were all great. The apartments were nice size decent, and affordable prices. Not too bad and improving.
July 16, 2024Aside from the pool closing too early for working adults to enjoy it, the complex is decent. It's been a lot of improvement over the past year or so. Pest control has been consistent, maintenance has always been responsive, repairing of the pot holes and a couple neighborhood events make this a decent place to live. I hadn't had any problems and the rent is very reasonable. If we could get the pool to stay open until at least 9pm to avoid the unbearable heat during the day and enjoy just sitting ...by pool, that would be awesome.Property Manager Responded
