January 27, 2025My experience at the reserve has been great so far! I moved in last august and don't have anything major to complain about. The location is great. Easy access to campus and grocery stores/restaurants. I have really enjoyed using the amenities as well. Lastly, any interaction I've had with staff or maintenance has been great. I've really enjoyed my time here and I think that the current staff at the reserve is the best that it's been in my time here. Mantience fixed most of the issues pretty quickly, but you aren't notified when mantience are going to show up and they oftentimes don't knock, so a man would just show up in our apartment without our knowledge.Property Manager Responded
