Each home features a spacious Kitchen with Island, laminate-style flooring, plush carpet in the bedrooms, and a large patio for outdoor enjoyment. The best student living in Lynchburg!!!
February 9, 2024My roommates and I have lived at the Reserve for two years, and we couldn’t imagine a more perfect place to call home! The complex has everything we need and we love hanging out in the clubhouse or by the pool. The Reserve managers are always sweet and friendly, maintence is incredibly fast, and every staff member genuinely cares about their residents. My favorite part of the Reserve is how much effort Sunny and Carolyn put in by organizing community events so we can meet our neighbors! This is ...the best complex I’ve had the privilege of living in and I don’t ever want to leave!Property Manager Responded

October 4, 2022I have been living at the Reserve for almost one year and it has been excellent. The property managers are kind and respectful and go above and beyond for their tenants. The units are nice and clean and perfect for students. The community is nice and Sunny and Carolyn, the property managers, often provide food at the clubhouse for special events. It is a perfect place for students! The property is in a great location and is close to campus as well as it being only a few minutes drive from Wards ...and Timberlake Rd. Wonderful Complex and People
August 23, 2022The reserve is awesome! The tents are so nice and really bring a nice warm welcome to the complex. The neighbors are so nice and welcoming and actually have become good friends with some of them. The amenities are always super clean and nice to have in close walking distance.
