    Great staff and feels unique. My pay cycle is often not cohesive with the first of the month and the office will communicate with you well and not lose their minds over being a couple days behind. You will get every email about current stuff around the complex and they work to make it a safe environment and avoid issues. A

    I’m appreciative of the work to get this place back on track. There have been some disruptions with tenants that haven’t been taking warnings seriously for years. With our new management, she means business and that’s something so many of us have been hoping for. She’s also extremely communicative as far as emails, updates etc. something we weren’t getting before with prior management. As time goes on I have quite a bit of hope we can get it back to how it was a few years ago!!!!

    It's a wonderful community. Close to a grocery store. Not far from downtown. The amenities are wonderful. The staff is amazing!!! There's a gym on-site. The pool is beautiful!!! It's safe abd the schools are amazing!!!!

    The new management seems to be really good for the complex so far. Even though she's only been here a few weeks, I pray she can get control and make it like it was when we first moved in! It's a good area with great schools and stores close by, which is big!

    I’ve lived in many apartments over the years and this is the nicest. The maintenance people fix things quickly. The apartments are quiet and well kept. The appliances work. The neighbors are pleasant. The management is responsive. No place of residence is perfect—house or apartment—but I’ve liked my choice to live here.
