Overpriced
September 23, 2022Rent went up a ridiculous amount. Pool was closed numerous times throughout the summer and no reimbursement provided. Paint on walls is contractor grade and if you wipe it clean, the paint comes off, leaves steaks and you can see drywall right through it. Many issues with the apartment were never corrected from the get go. Area is quiet, but lighting around the complex is bad at night.Review from Apartments.com
Just OK
May 2, 2022The apartment complex is attractive but it's extremly loud, inside and out. We can hear every step and movement above; every car, bus, truck and any other motorized vehicle that goes by; and they do not manage the perimeter of the complex during inclement weather.Review from Apartments.com
Loved it, But Sad About Pet Policy
May 15, 2020I loved everything about Westown, especially the quartz countertops and friendly staff. The developers are taking a wise, phased approach to developing the property. The only thing that saddened me was the pet policy. We have two cats and the property only allows one pet. I hope the pet policy is reconsidered because we would love to make Westown home.Review from Apartments.com
