October 30, 2024Great apartment complex. It is expensive but the landscaping is very nice and the community is quite. The coffee machine in the lobby needs servicing often. Maintenance crew is responsive.Property Manager Responded

October 14, 2024Well now another great sensitive caring manager has left this property. You will be missed Christian!!! Most of the time its good here. Im at work most of the time! Paid $35 for water last month and im sure thats not my “fair share” being one person here. Grounds are beautiful though. They spend a lot of money on that. Ive been here 8 years and a lot has happened!! Maintenance guys are great! Most things like robberies, car fires, gas leaks mostly happen when there is no staff around, so ...we’re on our own. Security cant do anything to help with people parking in your very expensive assigned spots since its private property and the cops cant either. All ive asked for for years is a water spigot for a hose to wash my car. Theres a dog wash but no washing cars allowed. Weird. A lot of retail being built here including the lovely Walmart where everyone tries to kill each other in the traffic circle every day. Cant wait to see what else comes here. October 9, 2024Great atmosphere, clan community. Glad I choose to call this place home. Great apartment lay out. Close to stores, parks and highways. Love this neighborhood. September 28, 2024I have been living in this community for over six years. I am happy here, It's convenient for me, I can walk to Walmart, or to the restaurant, pick up a breakfast sandwich at the bagel shop and so many more things. all we need in this community is a gas station to finalize the convenience.Property Manager Responded

September 27, 2024It's a beautiful place to live. Very quite as well. We like that everything is close to us. My fiance her mom and I been living her for 2 years now and we love it here!
