    I have been residing at the Residence of the COR for approximately 5 months! I have absolutely nothing bad or negative to say about this complex!! I love LACEY and JENNIFER -building management. They BOTH have great business acumen! They're both super friendly, easy to talk to, and exhibit a great spirit about them! Although I communicated MINOR issues, they have been addressed quickly! VAL the maintenance person is very nice! I'm looking forward to my continued stay here at the ROC! This ...

  • Lovely Flats

    The Pacific layouts are perfect for couples. The flats are clean, and the views are great. The train nearby is not as loud as we thought it would be; it’s become quite soothing, actually!

    I have loved living here! The staff and maintenance are amazing! Cleaniness is important to me. The units and grounds are beautiful and spotless. The residents are kind. If you are looking for a place in the NW suburbs, rent here!

    Been here a few months. Have no complaints. Staff is friendly and reliable. Hallways are clean and smell clean! Easy access to office, mail and trash locations. Emails are responded to in a timely fashion. My list could go on. The Residence at the COR is a great place to call home.

    One of the most comfortable place to live Friendly leasing office Very cooperative Great maintenance staff Clean facility (daily cleaning) Everything around you no need to spend time to get groceries The city parking ramp is attached to the building Lovely grill area and nice pool

    I've lived at the COR for about 6 years. Office personnel, cleaning and maintenance staff are always willing to listen, work with tenants or address potential concerns. Grounds are kept immaculate even with numerous pets. Units are secure and clean. I would highly recommend these apartments as a great place to live.
