December 19, 2024My experience here at Residence at Bear Tree has been great! Being the first tenant to move-in while the property was still under construction was an experience. I’ve seen this community grow from scratch and filled with some great tenants.Review from Apartments.com

December 16, 2024This is the first time that I've lived in an apartment and I love it! The building is brand new and is kept clean, my neighbors are nice and for the most part it's quiet. I recently had a maintenance request which I sent out in the morning and by the time that I got home from work, my repairs were completed!Review from Apartments.com

December 15, 2024Cost to benefit is very fantastic. Currently splitting a 2 bedroom with a roommate. Although having to pay all utilities is not ideal pricing is still fairly good in today’s market. Brand new rooms with great views. Very clean and setup is easy. Underground parking for one vehicle and outside for the other. Overall very satisfied with choice.Review from Apartments.com
