Well-managed waterfront property in a walkable community
August 27, 2024I loved living at 99 Water! I would have stayed if I didn't have to move for my job. Our apartment was immaculate on move-in day, and the management team truly cared about us as residents throughout our lease term. I always felt safe and respected. But most importantly when choosing a community to make your home is how the leasing team treats you during the process and once you become a resident. How I was treated from my first phone call by Tanya the property manager and her team, was truly exceptional. I cannot say enough about the location-- right on the water and on the bike path!
