January 29, 2025I can’t say much about management here nothing ever gets resolved, it’s always passed on to other employees and disregarded!! I will say the only good thing about this place is their maintenance team especially Jermey! He is one of the hardest working guys besides Roger and Noel they are hard works too. November 6, 2024Was an amazing place to live under the original management when I moved there 5 years ago. Now it’s impossible to find parking and the new management is really difficult to deal with. I would search around at other options. If you decide to live here, be prepared for unreasonable move-out charges. I couldn’t have left the apartment in a more perfect condition, but they still nitpicked every little detail and charged me. Make sure to leave it like a brand new place when you move out. I paid it bc ...they threatened to send me to collections just when I was politely challenging the charges. I don’t need my credit ruined, but it made me really sad that I was treated that way. Top Notch Service
September 25, 2024My husband and I have lived here over 6 years, when the complex just opened. Everytime there is a maintenance need to be fixed, you never have to wait more than a few hours for it to be done. Our washing machine was leaking on a Sunday night around 9 pm, I left a message with the office voicemail. By Monday morning Roger one of the guys in maintenance was at our door ready to fix it. He checked it, got the necessary part and in less than 30 minutes the machine was working like new. This is ...how all the calls are handled. Ayah is the best manager

May 7, 2024My daughter is a resident here and invited me to a community event. I was very impressed at the effort that went into connecting the residents to businesses in the community. A staff member by the name of Maria was in charge of the event. She went out of her way to make us guests comfortable and plugged in. I wish I lived here!
May 7, 2024I went here for a family birthday party and the establishment was wonderful! Everything was well kept, clean and friendly environment! Maria, one of the office staff, was extremely helpful and friendly when I asked about the pool. Great place to live!
April 10, 2024I had a fantastic experience living at this apartment complex with its wonderful maintenance team consisting of Noelle, Jeremy, and Roger. They were always prompt, efficient, and friendly whenever I needed assistance. Linda from the leasing team was also extremely helpful and made the move-in process seamless.
