February 13, 2023My experience at the pine knolls has been a blessing. I have a great job down street everything you need is close by in town. I feel safe I feel at home so if anybody looking for a homes that has great appliances and big rooms and quiet and clean environment they should contact pine knoll town houses in Princess Anne Maryland.Property Manager Responded

November 28, 2022Overall, the cost to living in townhomes is reasonable. I like the inclusion of utilities to my rent. The most frequent complaints you will have in this community are the residents themselves. Many parents do not supervise their kids. The kids are unruly and vulgar. The community does not provide adequate play space for the kids to keep busy. Instead, they play behind peoples cars and in the road way blocking traffic.
